I started using black latte of my own free will - I read the information + I asked for advice from the coach. What I like - no problem with cooking - poured boiling water and intervened. I didn’t have much overweight, so I can’t boast of numbers, but for me personally, the cocktail works as a natural energy, strongly stimulating and activating the brain.
